Go to downloads Remuneration of the Board members The AGM is resolving upon remuneration for the Board of Directors. In 2009, the annual compensation for the Chairman of the Board was EUR 90,000, for the Vice-Chairman EUR 55,000 and for the other members EUR 45,000. In addition, a meeting fee of EUR 500 per meeting was paid to all members for the Board and Board Committee meetings they attended. Traveling expenses were paid in accordance with the Company policy. None of the Board members receives any other remuneration from the Company than that based on Board membership. The Company’s option rights plans do not extend to the Board members. There is no pension scheme for the Board members. |
