IT Helpdesk Officer
We are looking for the position at IT Department as below:
Be responsible for the operations of IT department to achieve the departmental objectives as well to maintain the company's IT system reached the most efficiency.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
Cable System, Network Device (Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Point), Internet Leased-line, Network resource (File server, Lotus Notes server, Database Server, Application server, Internet Firewall Server, Network printers, Backup Drive and Tapes).
Computer accessories: scanner, personal B/W & Color printer, PDA…Projector and presentation instruments. Network, video & audio cable system of meeting room. PABX System, telephone and phone cable system.
Qualifications and Skills required:
University graduated, major in information technology
At least 3 years experience in equivalent position.
Ability to work independently and team work spirit.
Enjoys challenges and able to perform under demanding timeliness.
Able to communicate in English.
